Somatic Therapeutic Coach

This private somatic therapeutic coaching weaves together chaplaincy and spiritual counseling, somatic therapeutic partnership and solution-focused coaching to deliver you to the current moment with a garden box of skills, practices and resources designed to help navigate the ever-changing world we inhabit. This confidential process brings you back to your skin so you can exists as a joyful expression of life.
Specializations include reproductive identity formation, maternal/gestational parent mental health including postpartum depression, prenatal anxiety, pregnancy loss, fertility challenges, pregnancy, birth preparedness and childbirth experience integration. I also provide culturally appropriate spiritual guidance and discovery support. As a practitioner, I engage in anti-racist perspectives and decolonial approaches to mental health challenges and expectations and seek to serve explicitly marginalized and oppressed mothers and birthing people.
All work utilizes a trauma-attuned, ecologically sensitive and body-based approach.

Written Word
tayla’s original love is the written word. A poet since a small child, she claims she’s got the gift of gab and a useful knack for writing prose that touch, elucidate, and (at times) confuse in the best way.

the auspices self-paced learning journey is an experiential program rooted in online study and ecological practice with the earthscapes and biomes you find yourself in. the program includes recorded teachings and prompts from the original course, as well as newly curated videos and practices to support your journey across the elements of the astrological seasons.

Weaving Earth: Attune
Core Facilitator
through immersive study centered in bird language, “auspicious attention”, ritual craft, tracking, wildtending, somatics, radical astrology and eco-social co-liberation, we will attune our bodies with the earth’s rhythms and languages in remembrance, prayer and action as responsible members of earth’s ecosystems.

Short term 50 minute individual coaching sessions. Duration variable, 4-session package available.
